Since 2008, TMA has organized Thailand ICT Management Forum as an annual event to promote the utilization of information technology to increase organization’s efficiency and competitiveness. The Forum has been highly recognized by executives from leading organizations in Thailand as informative and beneficial. However, in response to the technology and digital disruption of today, TMA has moved a step further to initiate Thailand Digital Excellence Awards with the objectives of this project are to understand the digital maturity of Thailand organizations in digital strategy and operations and to raise awareness on the benefits of utilizing innovative technologies and digital management within organization strategy.
Thailand Management Association (TMA) in collaboration with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) are conducting Digital Acceleration Index survey (DAI) as a tool of Thailand Digital Excellence Awards 2022.
The following are eligible to participate in the Thailand Digital Excellence Awards*:
*Remark: The organization size should be more than 30 people.
You can apply online by creating an account on our website (click here) after you have submitted an application form on registration system, please wait for 5-7 working days the system will send an email to notify that Digital Acceleration Index (DAI) survey link is active via email contact person provided.
Hence you will need to access the survey by logging on website (click here) and using an Internet compatible device (e.g. desktop/iPhone/iPad) to attempt the survey. It is not advisable to access the survey via mobile due to readability issues.
All responses will be kept confidential and anonymous. The findings of the survey will be analysed internally and will not be used to identify any individual.
The project is FREE of charge for TMA member, and THB 10'000 for non-member.
The DAI survey is a development tool for companies to look at where they are now in digitalisation and their future target state of digitalisation, at overall organization / BU / Region / Function level. It will be conducted over a period of four weeks. It is a perception survey where respondents give their views on their understanding of their company's digitalisation state and priorities. There are no right or wrong answers, and respondents should provide an honest view so that the findings from the survey will be useful.
The DAI survey is based on the Boston Consulting Group’s Digital BCG Framework, broadly recognised as a world leading measurement of digital maturity. The DAI uses industry best practices to identify key strengths and weaknesses across six areas of digital maturity:

Your information will help in assessing the competitiveness of your company in digital maturity. The DAI survey will provide:
An opportunity for you to indicate your company’s desired future state
An appreciation of where your company is currently compared to peers
Actionable insights to allow your company to progress towards its desired future state in digitalization.
Period of Registration to join the DAI survey is during May - July, 2022
The DAI survey will be launched on mid of June, 2022, and end on July 31, 2022.
The analysis will be done in August 2022. The findings will be communicated to
the companies in the last week of August 2022 onward.
Company site visit for final round presentation will be organized in September 2022.
Awards ceremony will be held on November 23, 2022.

The survey comprises of 32 - 36 questions plus 5-6 Digital Overview questions depend on the industry of your company and is estimated to take about 40 - 50 minutes to complete.
The survey can be paused and the respondent need not do anything to save it specifically. The survey platform has feature to save the progress automatically, so whenever respondent pauses the survey, it can be resumed anytime from the same page, where it was paused.
